Many of you know how often NOAA has been completely out or whack with weather forecasting that makes the quote below all the more hilarious.
NOAA understands and predicts changes in the Earth's environment, from the depths of the ocean to the surface of the sun, and conserves and manages our coastal and marine resources.
Hubris knows no bounds and it is extremely dangerous.
